Coffee flour, the "highly nutritious" and "only mildly caffeinated" powder produced from green coffee cherry pulp is featured on Sprudge. Former Starbucks employee Dan Belliveau talks about developing the gluten-free flour that's partially backed by Bellevue-based Intellectual Ventures. It's been tested in several recipes in the Crush kitchen by chef Jason Wilson. A decaf version may also hit the market. [Sprudge]
