QUEEN ANNE— Agave Cocina and Taylor Shellfish are inching closer to opening day at Lower Queen Anne's EXPO apartments. Seattle Mag's Julien Perry reports that the new spots could open as early as this month. They'll join Roaring Bowl and Triumph Bar in the building that bumps up against the Seattle Center.
