RN74 Five Years In; Top Pot and Elysian Bar Updates

FIVE YEARS IN— Eater SF interviewed RN74's Michael Mina and Adam Sobel five years after the launch of the restaurant's first location in San Francisco. RN74's Seattle sibling opened downtown in 2011. Sobel says, "...we've got an incredible connection and continuity between the restaurants. Our styles are similar, and we all have the same mentality and palate, so it's really great." [-ESF-]

DOWNTOWN— Top Pot opens the doors of its newest doughnut shop on Western downtown near the ferry terminal at 5 a.m. next Tuesday. It's the chain's 16th location since it was founded 12 years ago. [EaterWire]
