Seattle's Top Tacos; Tallulah's Meatless Mondays

El Borracho's $1 happy hour tacos (and "$4 'el cheapo Margarita'") make the cut. Also, Safeco's Edgar's Cantina, whose tongue tacos are made with "grass-fed beef from Painted Hills." [Zagat]
