POP-UP REPORT— Sugar Mountain Bake Shop's hummingbird cake and strawberry cookie ice cream sandwiches are headed for Pasta and Co.'s Bellevue and University Village locations. The new daily pop-up from pastry chef Lucy Damkoehler starts tomorrow; Damkoehler is handing out samples from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bellevue Pasta and Co. store and will be at the U-Village shop on Saturday. PIONEER SQUARE— Starting April 21, Matt Dillon's Bar Sajor will offer dinner every night of the week. The restaurant has been closed on Sunday and Monday since it launched in February of 2013. [EaterWire]
