SEATTLE— Anyone can pay to go to the top of the Space Needle to get a view of Seattle or Puget Sound, but any Seattleite worth their weight in coffee beans needs to know the special places that they can visit any given moment for free in order to get the requisite inspiration that's so easy to find here. Check out our map of fifteen great free views around town.

CAPITOL HILL— If there are any two things that the residents of Capitol Hill despise, it's corporate brands muscling in on their neighborhood and when people call it "Cap Hill." BROADMOOR— Meet the new 7th most expensive listing on the Seattle home market, a 9,180 sq. ft.6-BR French mansion that's asking $6.45M. Situated on a roughly half-acre fairway lot, the home comes with a wine cellar, game room, workout room and pool with outdoor kitchen & bar.
