It's the first Seattle eatery from Eric Johnson, a chef with a pretty impressive international resume that includes time in the kitchen at Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Daniel Boulud restaurants. The 2,400-square-foot, 80-seat space next to Victrola and Six Arms is slated to open this autumn at 300 E Pike. [CHS]
