Joe Bar Owner Opening Barjot on Capitol Hill; Craft Beer's Big WA State Impact

CAPITOL HILL—Joe Bar owner Wylie Bush is starting cafe/juice bar/beer and wine spot Barjot in the former Chico Madrid space on Bellevue Ave., CHS reports. Fuel warmed up the counter for a permanent espresso machine with a pop-up that finishes its run tomorrow. Barjot's doors are scheduled to open next month. [CHS]
