A Seattle-based business called MagicalButter rolled out its Samich marijuana food truck at a Colorado cannabis trade show week. Short for "Savory Accessible Marijuana Infused Culinary Happiness," Samich's menu goes well-beyond pot brownies, serving grilled cheese, banh mi, and pulled pork sandwiches containing THC-laced cheese, oil, or butter.
