A Bottlehouse Rosé Tasting; A Bridgetown Rum Tiki Party

BALLARD—Bastille and Stoneburner bartender Erik Carlson is launching craft spirit Bridgetown Rum. Carlson partnered with Portland distillery House Spirits to create the rum, which will be formally introduced at a Tiki party in Bastille's back bar on June 10. Chef Jason Stoneburner will showcase a "surf-inspired food menu," a surf band called The Verb will perform, and a whole pig will roast on the patio. [EaterWire]

MADRONA—A reader pick for one of Seattle's best patios, Bottlehouse gets even more summery with a rosé tasting and party June 6 at 6 p.m. More than 21 rosés will be on hand; $15 buys eight samples. [EaterWire]

FREMONT—Theo Chocolate kicks off several new tours on June 2, including birthday party tours for kids (a hand-crafted chocolate dinosaur is included) and a team-building option for co-workers, which sounds a lot better than a rope course. [EaterWire]
