BALLARD—Bastille and Stoneburner bartender Erik Carlson is launching craft spirit Bridgetown Rum. Carlson partnered with Portland distillery House Spirits to create the rum, which will be formally introduced at a Tiki party in Bastille's back bar on June 10.
