Taylor Shellfish's Pioneer Square Oyster Bar is inching closer to opening day. With oyster shuckers stationed front and center at a main bar, the space will also serve crab, salad, steamers, mussels, frites, and oyster po' boys. Plus, a full bar with larger beer and wine lists than Taylor's Capitol Hill and Queen Anne locations. Doors will open either the week of July 14 or 21, pending inspections. [EaterWire]
