SWIM TIME—Break out the bathing suit, it's swimming time. We've mapped out the best spots around Seattle to take a dip, swim a lap or just lounge by the water. From Colman Pool to Green Lake Park, there's no shortage of swimming holes nearby.
GREEN LAKE—Developer Build Urban is prepping the lot 6525 4th Ave. NE for their new townhouse project. Part of that prep means getting rid of the 1914-built 5-BR house on the property first. Rather than demolish it, they're hoping you might be interested in living in it, just not right there. They're offering the 2,190 sq. ft. house for free to anyone who has the means to move it.
WESTLAKE—The long-gestating Westlake Steps mixed-use project is finally moving into the design guidance phase as architect Weber Thompson and developer Holland Residential have unveiled their residential building plans. Along with 413 units, the complex will also include retail and parking. Check out renderings over here.
