WESTLAKE— Seattle's Swedish Club wants to show NYC chef, The Taste judge, and Chopped chopper Marcus Samuelsson how much they want him to select the cultural center as a destination for his fall 2014 book tour, so they're throwing a "Bring Marcus Samuelsson to Seattle Dinner." On Friday night, the club is preparing a four-course "modern Swedish" menu using several of the Ethiopian-born, Swedish-raised chef's recipes for $30 a head. Check out the menu. [EaterWire]
