A new location of the vegan/organic/raw restaurant Chaco Canyon is opening in Greenwood. Phinneywood reports that the cafe will start to raise funds for its space at 8408 Greenwood Ave. N on Kickstarter with a party this Friday. Chaco Canyon also operates locations in the U-District and West Seattle. [Phinneywood]
