Vif Hosts a Hog Roast; Eat, Run, Hope Returns

FREMONT— This Friday night, Vif is taking over its parking lot for a pig roast and pink wine tasting. Picnic plates are $12 and include Moroccan spiced pig with sides of lemony coleslaw and fregola salad; add $6 for rosé. The event lasts from 4 till 9 p.m., or until the hog is gone. [EaterWire]
