The Maple Bar is opening in the former Maple Leaf Grill location. According to a sign posted on the door, the spot at 8929 Roosevelt Way NE "will be a family friendly pub during the day" with booze for the 21+ crowd in the evening." The owners are shooting to open in August. [EaterWire]
