Kirkland-based Italian restaurant Lucia is opening a location in Green Lake Village. Owner Michael Halter tells Seattle Greenlaker that the restaurant will offer diners, "a downtown feel without leaving the comfort of their own neighborhood." Lucia is planning to open shop on July 21. [EaterWire]
