Shiro Kashiba has broken ties with Shiro's, the Belltown sushi spot he opened in 1994. The Stranger's Bethany Jean Clement reports that the chef, (who trained under Jiro Ono of Jiro Dreams of Sushi) "sold his last part of the business and has been gone since April."
