FareStart, the Seattle-based culinary job training non-profit, is moving into the Pacific Tower on top of Beacon Hill. The 10,000-square-foot space includes an expanded culinary and barista training area, espresso bar, and grab-and-go cafe and is scheduled to open September 1; FareStart's restaurant and Guest Chef Night dinner series will continue to happen at 700 Virginia in the Denny Triangle.
