Meat on a Stick Power Hour

The award for spendiest kebab in Seattle goes to Capitol Hill's excellent Mamnoon. The kabab-e shandiz will set you back $36 and is the most expensive item on the menu; the skewered meat looks like art (it better) with grilled fennel, leeks, and thin disks of kumquat arranged on top of extra tender beef tenderloin.
