Screen Shot 2014-07-14 at 2.02.58 PM.pngSeattle Times critic Providence Cicero heads to Bellevue's bustling Hokkaido Ramen Santouka. What she likes best at the Japanese-based chain: the warm rice bowl, "butter-soft slices of pork cheek you can cut with the tip of a chopstick," and ramen with signature shiro broth that's "adorned with a single, bright red, pickled umeboshi plum." 2.5 stars.
