After almost a decade, acclaimed restaurant Crush is on the market. According to a new listing, the real estate and business is for sale for $970,000, excluding the name Crush and restaurant's recipes; the business may be bought separately for $285,000.
2010 James Beard Best Chef Northwest award recipient Jason Wilson opened the restaurant on Valentine's Day in 2005 in a two-story, 1903 craftsman that sits between Capitol Hill, the Central District, and Madison Valley. The chef launched downtown's Miller's Guild in 2013. Wilson introduced a new tasting menu concept at Crush earlier this month.
