Barjot Opens on Capitol Hill; Madison Valley Celebrates Bastille Day

The third annual event includes bites from Cafe Flora, Luc, and Bar Cantinetta. Plus, Thierry's BBQ pop-up from Thierry Rautureau and ice cream from The Spoon Project.
