Kukai Ramen & Izakaya is just about to serve its first orders of octopus dumplings and yuzu shio ramen in its new Northgate outpost. The second Kukai location outside of Japan (the first is in Bellevue, a third is headed for Capitol Hill) is a stone's throw from Regal Cinemas at 319 NE Thornton Place and could make its debut as early as tomorrow.
