The forthcoming Chophouse Row bakery from former Le Gourmand owner Sara Naftaly will be called Amandine, and it will share space with an outpost of Slate Coffee Roasters. Seattle Mag's Julien Perry broke the news on the bakeshop's name and new partner, reporting that "Amandine and Slate will be very integrated in the sense that customers will not know the difference." Construction on the building is planned to be finished this autumn. [Seattle Mag]
