QUEEN ANNE—LloydMartin chef/owner Sam Crannell is from Chicago. So is Charlie Trotter. Crannell is paying tribute to the chef with a new $40 entree: King salmon with lobster potatoes and veal gloss. This Saturday, the full price of the dish will be donated to The Trotter Project, a charity that "is creating a series of charitable initiatives and programs centered around the culinary arts, service, education and excellence."
