DENNY TRIANGLE— 40-story, mixed-use project Ninth & Lenora is showing off its latest renderings, which feature not just a rooftop deck but also an amenities deck. Some of those amenities include a bar, sports lounge, fitness center, dog park/wash, sunning deck, and water feature. Check out the renderings over here.
YESLER TERRACE— Amazon, Google, and other tech companies have staked out their claims all around Seattle. Now the city wants a new tech company to swoop in and take over a 4.41 acre parcel of land in Yesler Terrace. Preliminary plans for the would-be tenant call for two 300-foot towers.
