After softly opening a couple of weeks ago, Bellevue's Local Burger is officially serving beet pickled deviled eggs, banh mi burgers, and burger patties that are 50 percent bacon in Old Bellevue.

The burger spot in the former Salute space on Main St. seats around 64, plus eight more at a bar with 24 taps. The menu also includes plenty of sans bacon options, like pork and veggie patties and some greatest (side, salad, and dessert) hits from sister restaurant Local 360.

Local Burger will be serving sliders at tomorrow's Taste of Main from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
