While the dining room is buzzing with staff putting finishing touches on the space, the rooftop garden from Seattle Urban Farm Company is a much quieter scene. Yesterday, chefs checked in on the dinosaur kale, tomatoes, and string beans that will show up on the menu when it debuts next week.
