WATERFRONT—Elliott's Oyster House is temporarily closing beginning October 1, reports The Seattle Times. The restaurant, alongside its neighboring Cafe 56, will take a nine month break while construction on the Elliott Bay Seawall continues, then reopen July 1, 2015. The closure affects 200 employees. PHINNEY RIDGE— The largest tequila and mezcal tasting in the region happens at the Phinney Neighborhood Center on Saturday.
