Diners can get their burger fix—and then some—next week at Ethan Stowell's Red Cow. Monday through Friday, chef Thom Koschwanez and crew will offer a menu of five specialty burgers, each for $16 and served with the restaurant's tasty frites. Options include the signature Wagyu beef Red Cow burger, Mediterranean lamb burger, lemon and thyme chicken burger, rustic salmon and rosemary burger, and a Northwest-foraged mushroom burger.
The week culminates in a charity event on Saturday, September 27. Red Cow will open early—at 11 a.m. and will serve their house burger and foraged mushroom burger until 2 p.m. These burgers and their accompanying frites will be just $10, with all proceeds going to Amara Adoption and Parenting Services.
Red Cow will rearrange their inside tables (and the patio tables, weather permitting) for communal dining, and beer and lemonade will be complimentary for burger-eaters.
