London Plane's Dinner Service; Best Barbecue in the U.S.

BARBECUE WIRE—Barbecue enthusiast Johnny Fugitt has traipsed across the lower 48 for the better part of a year, seeking out the country's best barbecue. By October 22, he'll have visited 365 such restaurants as he writes a book titled The 100 Best Barbecue Restaurants in America. RESTAURANT WEEK—This year's Seattle Restaurant Week will take place October 19-23 and October 26-30 with three-course dinners for $30 and two-course lunches for $15.
