LloydMartin's Pop-Up; Lark's "Off the Record" Event Space

QUEEN ANNE—Lloyd Martin will close its kitchen on Thursday, September 25, for a pop-up at the Queen Anne Farmers Market. "I usually shop the market on the day then haul the produce back to my restaurant, but this time I'm bringing the restaurant to the market and setting it among the farm stands," says Chef Sam Crannell. Look for Crannell and his $10 market-sourced small plates from 3 to 7 p.m. [EaterWire]

CAPITOL HILL—Sitka & Spruce is gearing up for its third Guest Chef Monday event on September 22. This dinner will be brought to you by chefs Monica Dimas, Zachary Pacleb (a line cook at The London Plane) and his brother Seth Pacleb. The trio is putting together a prix fixe menu "crafted with the abundance from between the seasons." Grab a reservation through info@sitkaandspruce.com. [EaterWire]

CAPITOL HILL—Chef John Sundstrom is hard at work on the build-out of his new trifecta (a relocated Lark, plus Bitter/Raw and Slab Sandwiches + Pie) in the Central Agency Building. He's also planning a private dining room called Off the Record, a nod to the building's "mysterious past" as "a storage facility for Federal Government Records, including confidential FBI documents." Look for an opening in early November. [EaterWire]
