The Tiny Bigs Lounge is taking full advantage of the skills of new head chef Chris Gabel (formerly of Flying Fish) to launch Sunday brunch beginning October 5. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., diners can partake of dishes like braised short rib hash with poached eggs, strawberry cream cheese-stuffed french toast with chocolate hazelnut sauce, and frittata with bacon, ricotta cheese, shallots, tomatoes, and parsley. There will also be $5 Bloody Marys and mimosas, plus Seahawks games on three screens.
