Eater National checks in with Rachel Yang about Trove, her just launched, multi-concept project in Capitol Hill. Read more about the 4,000-square-foot restaurant and the Korean-born chef, who says cooking, "became almost like my third language. The food that you make totally speaks this whole universal language for everyone."
Yang says if she wasn't parenting two young sons, "I'd be literally on my computer or having meetings or would be in the kitchen 24/7. Playing with these guys makes me — forces me — to basically step away from the project...On some insane level, it got me through this whole process."
