Big Chickie, the Peruvian-style roasted chicken spot from Matt Stubbs, is set to open in the coming weeks in a former service station in Hillman City. The gorgeous build-out from local firm Hammer & Hand is complete, and the 40-year-old space is almost ready to serve its first orders of pollo a la brasa and steak fries.
