Here's the Northern Italian eatery's dinner menu.

Rigoletto opens Wednesday in the Supply Laundry Building on Yale Ave. The 5,000-square-foot Northern Italian restaurant from former Il Fornaio cook and La Toscanella bakery founder Enrico Ambrosetti fills part of a more than 100-year-old location that's listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Developer Vulcan owns the property and restored the building's smokestack and brick front.

The interior seats about 150 and is filled with antique tiles from Italy and reclaimed metal panels from a former Boeing site. There's a small mezzanine with seven tables above the dining room and an open kitchen with a chef's table. The wine list includes bottles from Italy but also ventures into Oregon and Washington territory.
