The owners of Vietnamese restaurant Green Leaf in the I.D. have launched Alicia Fusion Bistro at the Leschi Marina on Lake Washington Blvd. Seattle Met reports that the "fusiony" menu includes banh mi, pho, oysters with kimchi puree, and beef tartare.
