FREMONT—Seattle-based outdoor accoutrement company MiiR is launching a retail space at the new Stone34 building this fall, and it will include a multi-roaster coffee shop, craft beer counter, and growler filling station. Beer from local breweries including Georgetown and Stoup will be on tap; the coffee program features beans from local roasters (Kuma) and others from around the West Coast, including Portland's Heart and Verve in Santa Cruz. For every drink purchased, MiiR "will help provide clean drinking water to those in need." [EaterWire]
