The shuttered Madison Park Conservatory space is getting a new lease on life. It will become BeachHouse Bar & Grill, an outpost of the five-year-old restaurant on the Kirkland waterfront.
First hints about the new tenants came via Facebook, where today owner/chef Ricky Eng and his wife, Maria, shared a photo of the new flooring in the Madison Park location. According to Madison Park Blogger, the menu will focus on American comfort food with an emphasis on seafood. And, since there's still a wood-fired oven in the space, expect some additional specialties for carnivores. Doors are slated to open later this month.
Up the street, at the recently vacated Mad Pizza, Tani Phan and business partner Elena Vo, will install Bella Viet Café; a 20-seat pho parlor.
