Two Seattle food truck vets are rolling out a pair of new projects. Mobile eatery Bread and Circuses will hit the streets in February, with a brick-and-mortar gastropub by the same name planned to launch in SoDo this April. The frequently changing menu of both the truck and restaurant will feature the likes of "beer can chicken of the week," charcuterie, and scrapple grilled cheese.

Owner Syd Suntha tells Eater, "We are going to be a very beer-centric trucking focusing on gastropub eats and upscale carnival treats." The truck will be in Bellevue, South Lake Union, Georgetown, and other neighborhoods beginning in the middle of next month.

Suntha cut his teeth at Skillet before managing Matt Lewis' Where Ya At, Matt? food truck. His business partner James Barrington also runs Hallava Fallafel and started Streetfood in 2011.
