Capitol Hill's Tommy Gun is shuttering. The four-year-old bar's final day of business is Saturday, January 17. Closing night plans include "an epic happy hour" starting at 5 p.m. that includes $5 Moscow Mules. Via Facebook:
We'd like to thank everyone for supporting the bar - we've had a blast and will remember our time on Olive Way fondly. Cheers to some of the best bartenders in Seattle for lending their talents to this endeavor! Thank you....
Last month, a new project listed under the name Kessler's filed with King County to take over the space's liquor license.
Tommy Gun owner Erin Nestor also runs The BottleNeck Lounge on Madison. CHS is reporting that Nestor is working on a new project in the former Philadelphia Fevre space called Two Doors Down.
