TRAVEL WIRE The Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg, Oregon, is debuting two getaways designed for food and wine lovers called The Cuvée Weekend. The weekends are set for February 27-28 and March 20-21, and guests will participate in tastings, winemaker dinners, and hands-on demonstrations. Throughout their stay, guests will have several opportunities to interact with and learn from Northwest purveyors, winemakers, mixologists, brewers, and chefs from Portland and Seattle. DOWNTOWN Chefs Ethan Stowell, Jason Stoneburner, Lisa Dupar, Karen Jurgensen, and Rachel Yang are collaborating on an event tomorrow called To The Table, which benefits the Inspire Youth Project.
