TRAVEL WIRE — The Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg, Oregon, is debuting two getaways designed for food and wine lovers called The Cuvée Weekend. The weekends are set for February 27-28 and March 20-21, and guests will participate in tastings, winemaker dinners, and hands-on demonstrations. Throughout their stay, guests will have several opportunities to interact with and learn from Northwest purveyors, winemakers, mixologists, brewers, and chefs from Portland and Seattle.
