Former Poppy Pastry Chef Popping Up at Jack's BBQ

The February SweetBumpas dinner will include barbecue from Jack's.

Pastry chef Matt Bumpas wrapped up a two-year stint at Poppy last September to strike out on his own. He's hosting his first dessert popup—SweetBumpas—on February 19 at Jack's BBQ. It's a full-on dinner thing, with a meal provided by Jack's and sweets featuring "Southern flavors" from Bumpas.

Expect copious amounts of pie, ice cream, candies, and sorbet. This way to dessert details and tickets.
