NORTHEAST Portland's first cat cafe, Purrington's Cat Lounge, is now open and it's actually quite cool. It has that typical, hipster-leaning Portland vibe with industrial-chic exposed concrete. DOWNTOWN AND NW 23RDTwo of Portland's favorite morning sweet shops are expanding. Nuvrei bakery is opening its second outpost in Downtown's US Bancorp tower (aka Big Pink), and ever-popular Blue Star Donuts is opening its fourth location on NW 23rd.
