Bellevue Food Truck Pod Will Feed the Working Masses Every Weekday

Originally open only on Fridays, the Bellevue Food Truck pod is expanding. The pod, which sits in the Barnes and Noble parking lot, will be open each weekday from 11 a.m to 2 p.m. The pod consists of four trucks each day, including well-known trucks like Where Ya At Matt, Skillet, Off The Rez, Snout & Co, and Halllava Falafel. There's even free validated parking for customers. The day's line-up is available online.
