BALLARD — Ethan Stowell Restaurants has revamped a basement space in the Kolstrand Building in Ballard to be used as an event space and wine storage facility. It's called ESR Cellar, and it offers a full-service storage facility with a range of locker sizes for rent. Members receive perks like coupons waiving corkage fees at Ethan Stowell restaurants.
