Uma Thai Closes in Ballard; Ray's Cafe Shell-Fest

BALLARD Ray's Cafe is gearing up for Shell-Fest 2015, held from January 19 through 31. Throughout the two weeks, the restaurant will feature 12 new shellfish dishes prepared by Chef de Cuisine Paul Duncan. The dishes will be available for lunch and dinner daily, from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Items include steamed manila clams, rock shrimp tacos, Dungeness crab bisque, and drunken oyster shooters.
