Broadway's TNT Coffee to Close; Zephyr Paquette Cheffing at Marjorie

CAPITOL HILL — Popular coffee hut, TNT Espresso, on Capitol Hill's Broadway, has announced it will close at the end of the month. CHS reports that "the relentless crawl of development, motherhood, and the desire for a change of pace outside of the 80 square-foot coffee stand" led to the decision. [CHS]

U DISTRICT UW's Center for Urban Horticulture is hosting its annual Farm-to-Table Dinner on October 22 and 6:30 p.m. Chaco Canyon Cafe's chefs will create a meal using produce from the UW farm, along with Stumptown Coffee, Columbia Winery wine, and beer from local microbreweries. There will also be pumpkin carving, herb mixing, and yard games. [EaterWire]
