It's time, U District. At long lastCaliBurger, the international burger chain inspired by the cult California-based In-N-Out Burger, will open its first US branch in Seattle next Wednesday, October 21, at 4509 University Way.

Most of the details are the same as Eater reported previously: the menu revolves around beef and chicken burgers and fries, all under $10, as well as boozy (and virgin) shakes, Stumptown Cold Brew, Rachel's Ginger Beer, and beer. We now learn that specifically, brew-wise, Manny's and Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest will be on tap, and PBR and Rainier available in cans. Other updates include more on the video game that will be on site: it's called CaliRumble, and it's a CaliBurger-customized world within Minecraft that guests can play on a massive interactive video wall. Finally, there will be a "line-busting" self-ordering kiosk to speed service.

There is not a US menu posted on CaliBurger's site yet, but to get the picture, check out the food offerings the team passed along to Eater last month. Regular hours, again, will be Sunday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Stay tuned for a full gallery shortly before opening.
